Overview

In addition to being the celebrity idol from the "Luthart" realm, she is also the covert second princess of the "Inferno." Though her demeanor is that of a regular high schooler, provoke her and you'll face her mischievous retribution.

Chapter One

(2004–2021, Sanctum Calendar) Kus, the Darkfire Warden, saw two little wildcats by the trash bin.
Kus smiled at the younger sister's feigned helplessness behind her sibling. He knew her true nature. Back then, Kurogo hadn't mastered the art of deception.
Yet her hidden danger surpassed her sister's overt aggression. Kus marveled at the sisters' powerful Inferno heritage coursing through their veins.
Kus brought the sisters home, naming them Kuroae and Kurogo. This choice proved pivotal, as these princesses would guide the Infernos' return aboveground.
While her sister pursued power to aid their father, Kurogo longed for a simple life, pursuing her own interests and passions.
Her beauty and charm couldn't be concealed. A scout discovered Kurogo in school, making her an idol—a role she embraced. This seemed trivial compared to her status as an Inferno princess.
This role concealed her true identity. Though, perhaps it was just to dodge her sister's assignments… or was it?

Chapter Two

The Inferno's activity has caught the Mensa elite's attention. They've hesitated to act boldly out of respect for the sisters' strength, as a wide-reaching network in Cloud quietly grows.
It is a celebration for the Infernos when Kuroae rouses their eldest progeny, Mali.
Mali, the Infernos' scion, answering the call, foretells Wraith Fireskin's awakening, signs pointing to Kurogo as the possible vessel of this spectral force.
Enduring prosperity made the Mensans forget Fireskin's dread enslavement. Takashima Genzo, guardian of the Planes, never forgets the scars left by Fireskin on their dimension.
Laihart faltered against the Wraith's power; even order's foundations risked engulfment. Genzo accepted Kurogo's fate for the lineage's survival, above all else…
The Takashimas' espionage pinpointed Kurogo. Despite exposing her true terror through media, followers persisted, embracing her Inferno.
Years of peace have led Mensans to question if the Infernos were ever real, now seen as mere myth.
Even if Kurogo harbored the Inferno, her devoted followers couldn't believe their kind idol would conquer realms, given her love for every stray kitten.
However, truth emerges despite deceit. As the sisters joined to defeat Genzo's daughter, "Poison," Kuroae summoned Mali in plain sight. Streets turned to molten rock, revealing evil closer than Mensans imagined.

Chapter Three

The sisters finally meet Takashima Genzo, the current patriarch of the Takashimas, the Defender of Planes, a man with absolute power. When they meet him, his long, pepper-and-salt hair is soaked with blood—only Kus can challenge him so fiercely.
It's no surprise the sisters could previously battle Poison on their own; their father had restrained Genzo. Despite his elder sister's near-rampage, Genzo stays calm and collected, while Kurogo's energy starts to awaken within her.
It's the power of Inferno. Now, the fear that once loomed over the Mensa people is about to return to this Plane.
Suddenly, Kurogo erupts with thousands of flames, concentrating the fire energy of the entire Planes into a space smaller than a cubic meter. The order of the Planes is about to collapse.
"This day has finally come, Liora. See? Your daughters."
Taka! Shima! Gen! Zo! Where is my father?"
"Do you mean Kus? He is finally dead."
Flames pierce through Takashima Genzo, but he transforms into countless light spots, swirling around Kurogo and sealing the Inferno inside her with Cloudforce. In the end, Kurogo is banished to Celestial Sea.
For Fireskin and Kurogo, Mirren, without Magma Core Laws, is the best place.

Historical Notes

Laihart:
A minor plane crafted by the Pyro Wraith Fyre. It is encased by the Gem of Harvest. After Pyro Wraith was absorbed, the plane fell into disrepair. The fleeing Magma Law hid deep within Laihart, becoming the origin of Fireskin, the Inferno.

The Infernos:
As the original rulers of the plane, the Infernos harnessed the power of earth to conjure familiars. They were defeated by Sanctum Envoy Dilimai and the Mensas he led. The remnants followed Dilimai's younger son and retreated into the shadows.

Mensa:
Mensas used to live symbiotically with Infernos, yet became their slaves after losing the War of Blazeheart. Dilimai led the Mensas in a revolt that almost wiped out the Infernos, dominating the plane. Their society was established by Dilimai's direct descendants.

Sanctum Calendar:
The Sanctum Calendar starts with the birth year of Sanctum Envoy Dilimai. Before this, the Infernos ruled the plane for an extended period, with their reign brought corruption and brutality. The Infernos, born with special abilities, could channel the earth's power to summon powerful familiars, making them the strongest among all. Cruel domination and exploitation weight all beings in Laihart. To improve labor efficiency, the numerous but frail Mensas developed Cloudforce, a technology that unified their beliefs into the Cloudweb, redistributing power based on resilience. For centuries, the fragility of the Mensas prevented the Cloudweb from spiraling out of control. The arrival of Dilimai, an Inferno noble who accidentally connected to the Cloudweb, marked a pivotal change. She led her children in a 36-year Inferno War, culminating in the extinction of the Inferno nobility. The surviving Infernos went into hiding, and the Mensa, now mastering Cloudforce, took control. Dilimai and her descendants became deified, shaping the laws of the plane.

Kus:
Kus (Sanctum Calendar 1968 – 2016), known as the Darkfire Warden, was the contemporary leader of the Infernos, a descendant of Dilimai, and the foster father of Kuroae and Kurogo. Once hailed as the Star of Hope by the dark world. His romance with Arisugawa Kokoa ended when she married into the Takashimas.

Mali:
Mali, the Void Terror, serves the Inferno Fireskin. As a demigod of lava, Mali can alter plane laws within its domain. Over millennia, only two Infernos have resonated with and summoned Mali. During the War of Blazeheart, Mali assisted its summoner in defending the Isaac Fortress for over a year. It was not until Fireskin formed a bond with the Ghost King Bas that Mali was summoned, leading them to triumph over the Mensas.
