Personal Info

A member of Carefree Sanctuary and one of the children adopted by the Explorer Lu Xuan, Aria trained under his guidance before ever setting foot into the field.
Skilled and battle-ready, she carries an irrepressible energy. But she's also impulsive and reckless, often diving into things without thinking them through.
While she knows brute force isn't the answer to everything, that's still her go-to whenever trouble shows up.
This habit has earned her countless lectures from Lu Xuan and her sisters, though the words go in one ear and out the other.

Chronicles

Miss Aria hasn't been active in the Abyss all that long, but her reputation's already bigger than a lot of veterans who've been down here for years.
No matter where she goes, she manages to stir up something big. You simply can't ignore her. And I'm not just talking about fights.
— An Explorer

When Miss Aria came here to deal with the monsters, everyone thought she was too young to do it alone. We figured we'd better find some backup to go with her.
But before we could even gather a team, she charged out alone, straight into the monsters' lair. That's the same horde that had wiped out several teams before!
We rushed out to help, fearing the worst, and ended up watching a full-blown spectacle instead.
She was tearing through the swarm like a one-girl hurricane. It was so awe-inspiring, we honestly forgot why we were there in the first place.
— An Outpost Resident

Aria can be reckless, no doubt about that, but she never runs from her mistakes. If she messes up, she owns up to it, plain and simple.
And once you explain things to her clearly, she rarely makes the same mistake twice. Well, except when it comes to combat.
She gets way too excited in battle. Even I struggle to rein her in once the swords are out.
— Lingyao from Carefree Sanctuary

Sister Aria always gets sleepy during study sessions, which is completely different from how she acts during martial training. Sometimes, I'm exhausted while she's still raring to go.
She spends all her free time coming up with her own techniques. They're not super strong yet... but I'm certain one day, she'll create the most powerful technique in the world!
— Remi from Carefree Sanctuary

Record

After joining the team, Aria is still being Aria—she still spends her days playing around, learning martial arts, training, and dodging Saico's attempts to catch her slacking off.
To her, joining the team simply means having more people to play with, and more excuses for good fights.

When it comes to missions, Aria has zero patience for lengthy briefings and rarely offers input during strategy meetings.
All she needs to know is who, when, and whether to leave them alive. Anything beyond that? Not her problem.
She avoids anything that requires reading or deep thinking whenever possible.
Even when she is forced to do it, she'll either find an excuse to slip away or just doze off halfway through.

Despite her impulsive nature, Aria has her priorities sorted out:
The thrill of battle always comes second to the safety of her sisters and teammates.
The moment they need help, she won't hesitate to drop whatever she's doing and give everything she's got to help.

Anecdote

From as far back as she could remember, Aria had always known she was strong. Better than the other kids her age, and even than many older ones.
And with that strength came a quiet kind of power that made others step aside. If she wanted someone's toy or snack, she'd take it. No one ever dared to challenge her.

That day, the Orphanage teacher called her into the office. Again.
Aria was no stranger to the place; she'd become a regular thanks to her habit of bullying the other kids.
She stood tall in front of the desk, bracing herself for the usual routine: being told off, followed by a forced apology and maybe some time in the corner to reflect. She knew the drill.
But this time, there was no lecturing. Instead, the teacher took out something unusual. A broken greatsword.
Curious, Aria stared at it as the teacher began a story.
It was about a hero. A man who fought to his last breath to protect his family and friends.

"My father was a hero."
"This sword is proof of his last stand. And that strength you carry takes after him. It's the strength of a hero."
"But a hero's strength isn't for showing off. And it's never for hurting others."
"I... I'm sorry..."
"No, Aria. Don't apologize to me. You know who really deserves to hear that."

From that day forward, Aria changed. No more stealing. No more bullying.
When a fight broke out, she was the one stepping in, not as the instigator, but as the one who stopped it. The reckless girl who once ruled through fear was gone.
Ever since she learned her father's story, Aria made a promise to herself: not to use the strength to dominate, but to protect the surrounding people. Just like a hero would.
